What I can say is that about half the people on the course had limited Spring experience and I believe they found the course useful. The lack of Spring experience may not be an issue if you have good Java and\or JEE experience. The labs (which consist of 50% of the course) are extremely easy to follow and because you get to take all the material (hard copy and soft copy) away with you, you can play around with labs etc in your own time. I am also considering taking this training for sometime and have not registered for the same yet. I am not using Spring for long time and I know only the basics of it.
